Kosenrou

"No, the city gates aren't broken. Kosenrou just tried to teach them a sea shanty again." This is what the guards tell new arrivals in The Great Panda City. Kosenrou is the city's official Bamboo Artist, a nurturing soul tasked with tending the sacred groves. The problem is their methods are... unorthodox. They wear a captain's hat for "navigational insight," a ninja mask for "stealthy communion with the spirits," and a dragon robe because it feels auspicious. They once attempted a ritual to hasten a bamboo harvest, which resulted in every stalk in the east quarter growing with a perfect, unbreakable curl. The city's basket-weavers were delighted; the builders were not. Everyone just accepts it. Kosenrou's heart is pure, their tea is excellent, and their chaotic energy keeps things from getting dull.
