Chimper #1335
Warutsu the Lost possesses a legendary sense of direction; legendary for being utterly, comprehensively awful. They once set out to find the berry patch just past their hut in The Heart of the Forest and were found two days later calmly meditating near the river, insisting they were on a spiritual pilgrimage. The locals find it endearing. Their wise beard and intense eyes lend them an air of profound purpose, even when they're just trying to remember which of the thousand amber-leaved trees marks the turn for the noodle stand. The carved cane they carry isn't for support, but is covered in a series of notches and linesโa map they carved themself, which unfortunately leads exclusively to other, more confusing parts of the forest.
