Tsurumiru

Tsurumiru is the only shadow agent whose mission kit includes polishing cloths and a flask of lemon-scented oil. They were once assigned to trail a notoriously grumpy geomancer, blending into the shadows of the spinning monoliths that dot the highlands. On the third night, Tsurumiru couldn't stand it anymore. The geomancer's favorite obsidian focusing stone was appallingly smudged. Under the cover of a passing meteor shower, they crept in, buffed the stone to a mirror shine, and left. The next day, the geomancer's mood was inexplicably sunny. Tsurumiru's reports never mention this; they simply note, 'Target appears less grumpy. Mission proceeding as planned.'
