They revered the simple, immovable strength of the Swamp Sentinel, Giri, and tried to channel that same profound stillness during their guard shifts in the gilded halls of The Teikodian Empire. This usually ended with their apple rolling under a dignitary's feet or the stick getting tangled in a priceless tapestry, leaving them with a familiar wide-eyed, shocked expression. Yet, their clumsiness has an odd way of working out; the rolling apple once revealed a spy's hidden dagger, and a toppled suit of armor exposed a secret passage. Rainosuke just wishes they knew *how* they did it.
