Chimper #2909
Without fail, Hiito begins each day by toasting a marshmallow over a street vendor’s brazier. The Panda Council of The Great Panda City initially believed this undead noble’s odd rituals held some ancient significance. They watched, taking notes, as Hiito used a carved cane to poke at loose bamboo stalks and adjusted their UV glasses against the purple sky. They assumed the lucky plant on Hiito’s head was a potent magical focus. After months of observation, the esteemed sorceress Okina finally asked about the deep meaning behind it all. Hiito paused, marshmallow half-golden, and explained that the cane is for balance, the glasses keep the glare down, and the plant just needs a little sun. The marshmallow? It’s just breakfast.
