Chimper #3423
In the highlands, the great spinning stones above the midnight fortress are said to reflect the future. Tsutsumi, however, never looks up. The younger wizards see a relic, a throwback who trusts polished steel in a world of pure magic. They whisper about the elderโs wrinkled face and their strange devotion to a simple katana. But their student, Hisasaburou, tells a different story. They once saw Tsutsumi cut a phantom dragonโan illusion conjured by the monoliths themselvesโclean in two. Tsutsumi teaches that true power isn't in the spell but in the focus that guides it. The crystal miners have the simplest view of all: when Tsutsumi draws their blade, even the mountains hold their breath.
