Kurihiko

The sharp scent of ozone and melted steel clung to their armor. Kurihiko came to The Teikodian Empire as an emissary, a spirited disciple from the Panda Council whose vibrant eyes saw honor in the capital’s golden spires. But the Empire tests honor until it breaks. During a staged uprising, they were given an impossible choice: watch innocents be executed or unleash the forbidden power their masters warned them against. Kurihiko chose life. The resulting surge of energy saved the prisoners but shattered the plaza's sacred monuments, giving the Emperor the public justification for war they'd always wanted. People now whisper that Kurihiko's power rivals Oda's, but it is a fractured, sorrowful strength, wielded by a warrior forever haunted by the cost of their own salvation.
