Chimper #3552
They wear the gear of a seasoned operative, but their favorite sound is the morning chatter of the fish market in Waterfall City. Before the mask, Kujihiko was known for their gentle nature, easily startled by the sudden splash of a frog in the lower pools. They lived a quiet life, unremarkable and safe. That life ended the day they saw Kumarou cornered by debt collectors on the city's winding stone stairs. Kujihiko had no weapon and no training. They just grabbed a heavy fishing net and, with a terrified yell, dropped it from above. The clumsy, chaotic intervention worked. Kumarou was free, but Kujihiko was now a target. The mask and goggles became their shield, a way to hide the face of the person who interfered. They are still startled by every shadow, but now they move through them.
