Gihachirou

Gihachirou was a warrior who understood armor better than affection. In the wilder regions of the forest, their skill was legendary, but their heart was a fortress. That changed when they settled in The Heart of the Forest and first tasted the ramen made by a local chef. It was a flavor of home they didn't know they missed. Suddenly, the seasoned warrior became clumsy, their compliments lost in loud, appreciative slurps that made their cheeks burn. The chef found it endearing and began leaving an azure blue cap for them as a sign a fresh bowl was waiting. These days, the elder armour is rarely polished. The warrior who once faced beasts without flinching now finds their greatest challenge is trying not to blush when their partner watches them eat.
