Sennosuke

Sennosuke is the only undead artisan in Waterfall City. They carry faint memories of a colder, quieter life, a time before their eyes glowed pink. When they first wandered to the base of the great falls, most chimps and frogs kept their distance. But a child, braver than the rest, offered them a marshmallow on a twig. Sennosuke held it over a shoreline fire until it was perfectly toasted, a small, sweet warmth against the eternal chill. These days, they sit by the river, carving intricate toys from the bamboo they carry. The local children don't fear the glow in their eyes anymore; they see it as a soft lantern, a perfect light for sharing stories and perfectly browned marshmallows.
