Chimper #4212
Tonomu was supposed to be a fisher. Their days were meant for the quiet rush of a waterfall and the patient work of carving intricate patterns into driftwood canes. This connection to the water, a constant shimmer on their face, was mistaken for a sign of great spiritual power by a visiting elder from The Dojo. Despite Tonomu's insistence that they were just perpetually damp, they were whisked away to begin training as a warrior. These days, they are the most charmingly frustrating trainee Master Chimpo has ever seen. They use their favorite carved cane for sword drills and spend meditation sessions planning their next fishing trip. The fish bait on their head is a stubborn reminder of the life they'd rather be living, a protest worn with a disarming smile.
