The most accurate food-finder in the highlands once tried to be a real seer. Kanumi shares a psychic link to the world, much like the famed Horoguramu, but their visions were always strangely specific. One afternoon in The Crystal Highlands of Armaria, they were struck by a powerful premonition: golden threads of fate converging on a source of immense energy. Convinced they’d discovered a new magical monolith, they grabbed their fishing rod and tried to explain the discovery to a passing wizard, but their shyness only allowed for frantic blushing and pointing. Intrigued, the wizard sent two apprentices to follow. Kanumi led them past towering crystals, only to arrive at a small cart. The golden threads were fresh ramen noodles being pulled. The immense energy? A glowing rock keeping the broth hot.
