Yuubiseiakikana

The scent of polished marble and simmering ambition hangs heavy in The Teikodian Empire, except for the small cloud that follows Yuubiseiakikana, which smells of river mud and premium bait. While others practiced statecraft, they perfected the art of the perfect cast, clad in a green dragon costume for what they called "hydrodynamic luck." The palace guard snickered. Then, the Emperor's prized Golden Koi, a creature of immense political importance, went on a hunger strike. When Yuubiseiakikana volunteered, they were laughed from the room, only to return with their tactical goggles gleaming. They whispered not to the fish, but to the water, a stream of compliments about its clarity and flow. The Koi, apparently moved, took the hook. They are now the official Imperial Fish Whisperer. The dragon suit remains part of the uniform.
