Chimper #5466
The only apprentice in all of The Crystal Highlands of Armaria to insist on 'tea time' during geological surveys is Takara. Their master, Kozakura, would pore over maps of monoliths, muttering about ley lines and temporal distortions, while Takara unpacked a small, surprisingly resilient pastry. They learned cartography and crystal identification from Kozakura, but the lessons were punctuated by moments their master deemed frivolous. After correctly charting a new vein of whispering quartz, Takara tapped their carved cane twice. It was their signal. Kozakura sighed, but stopped. They watched Takara place the pastry on a flat rock, a small offering to a small success, a mirror of the perpetual cake slice on their head. That was Takaraโs real lesson: the biggest journey is just a series of small, sweet steps.
