Ryouhei

When the coldest wind of the decade swept through The Great Panda City, Ryouhei and Yuugorou were children, convinced the Panda Council kept the best sweet dumplings for themselves. Their plan was simple: Yuugorou would create a diversion while Ryouhei charmed a guard. It failed spectacularly. Yuugorou’s diversion involved an entire cart of bamboo scrolls, and the guard was utterly immune to Ryouhei's grin. Faced with a very stern elder, Ryouhei launched into a wild tale about a mischievous wind spirit with a taste for sweets. The elder didn't believe a word of it, but was so amused by the performance they let them go with two dumplings each. It's a look they still wear: unamused eyes for the world's absurdity, and a grin for the friend who makes it all worthwhile.
