Chimpers Story Hub is a community-built tool for exploring the Chimpers NFT collection. It provides trait browsing, rarity rankings, lore, and community features. This is a fan project and is not officially affiliated with the Chimpers team.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (lore, chat messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You agree not to post content that is:

• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Spam, phishing, or malicious content.

5. NFT Data

Trait data, rarity scores, and metadata displayed on this site are derived from on-chain data and may not be perfectly accurate. This information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

Chimpers NFT artwork and brand are the property of their respective owners. Chimpers Story Hub does not claim ownership of any NFT artwork displayed on this site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chimpers Story Hub and its maintainers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to financial losses from NFT transactions.
