Shikiji

Shikiji did not come to The Dragon Wastelands to learn how to use a sword. Their passion was for the brittle, silent past. Alongside the resurrected Kodai, they sifted through dust and bone, piecing together forgotten empires from faded inscriptions. They believed history was a thing to be preserved, cataloged, and understood from a safe distance. But in this ravaged land, the past does not stay silent. One day, a relic they unearthed was not a memory but a key, and what it unlocked was not a tomb but a living threat. Intellect was not enough. The sabre on their back became a necessity, and the Red Panda mask, a gift from a Panda Council patrol, became their new identity. They still study the past, but now they search for weaknesses, for the best place to stand and fight. The grin beneath the mask is for anyone who thinks history stays buried.
