Aberu

In Waterfall City, the roar of the falls is said to drown out all whispers, but Aberu knows it only carries them faster. They were rallied by Eiichi Chifu not as a fisher, but as an observer, tasked with watching the city’s shifting loyalties from the lower docks. One evening, near the great fish statue, they overheard a deal never meant for their ears—a secret that froze the expression on their face for good.
