Tsunehito

Tsunehito’s white bandana is the only thing they wear that isn’t covered in runes or dents from a hundred forgotten battles. The junior scientists in The Crystal Highlands of Armaria have theories. They say Tsunehito appeared the day Shiuka's temporal experiment collapsed, trapping them in a loop of shimmering energy. While the Rock Wizards prepared complex dispelling circles, Tsunehito simply walked through the arcane barrier, shattered the keystone with their katana's pommel, and pulled the dazed Shiuka free. The mages never saw a problem solved without a single incantation. Shiuka follows them everywhere now, a debt of life binding them together. Tsunehito just cleans their blade, their expression one of permanent, weary astonishment.
