Tokusaburou never set out to be a master explorer. They simply wanted to find the ingredients for a perfect bowl of ramen, a culinary quest that accidentally took them to the highest peaks surrounding The Great Panda City. They weren't mapping trade routes; they were charting the migratory patterns of the best fish for broth. When the young and earnest Ongaku found them, full of awe and seeking mentorship, Tokusaburou was too busy tasting wild leeks to refuse. The lessons began. "See how the river bends there?" they would say, fishing rod in hand. "That's where the water is coldest and the flavor is sharpest." Ongaku now follows them everywhere, convinced they are learning the secrets of survival, not just soup.
