Chimper #1835
On the night of the Gilded Carp festival in Waterfall City, Yutsuru had one task: retrieve a scroll using the passphrase, “The falls whisper secrets.” Peering over their specs, they approached the frog courier and, with the gravity befitting their wise beard, declared, “The walls have itchy feet.” The courier, utterly bewildered, just handed over their own lunch: a single, enormous rice ball. Convinced this was a masterfully disguised container, Yutsuru spent an hour trying to unlock it. They tapped it, presented it to the moon, and even tried to read its starchy aura. Finally, they tossed it high, intending to slice it open with their katana. It missed, ricocheted off the plaza’s fish statue, and landed perfectly in the waiting hands of a hungry child. Yutsuru's superiors later commended their creative use of “edible misdirection.”
