Mikaze

The Enigma of the Riverbank, some called them, a name whispered with reverence through The Great Panda City. They saw a masked prodigy practicing with a weighted cord in the bamboo forests, a silent figure meditating by the water for hours. The Panda Council saw a perfect candidate for their intelligence unit. Mikaze, however, had only come to the city to fish. The mask helped them avoid small talk, and the 'weighted cord' was just a new fishing line they were testing. When they were mistakenly enrolled in covert ops training, they were too polite to correct the error. Their first mission was a success only because they tried to retrieve their favorite lure from a rooftop and accidentally knocked out a Cult of Kaze spy. Their fame grows with every clumsy, lucky encounter, hailed as a master of unorthodox tactics. Mikaze just hopes their next promotion comes with access to better bait.
