Chihagi

Merchants who trade along the river in The Great Panda City will tell you Chihagi never touches the ground. They say the shimmering bubble isn't an outfit, but a vessel carrying what little is left. Chihagi was one of Tokumei’s Annonites, one who underwent the sacred ritual to have their identity erased. But where others were reborn into a new collective, Chihagi simply… stopped. Their eyes are forever sealed beneath that unmoving Kitsune mask. They drift through the bamboo-lined streets, a silent passenger in their own life. Some say the ritual failed, trapping them between worlds. Others whisper it succeeded too well, and the bubble is the only thing protecting the city from what they became.
