Chimper #211
Haruhiro leaped from the stone path, fingers outstretched for the final, spiraling cherry blossom petal. For hours, they had been at this exercise, a test of speed and focus set by the Panda Council. Other trainees had long since stalked off in frustration, muttering about the freezing winds of The Great Panda City. But Haruhiroโs eyes remained gleeful, their black goatee a stark contrast to their youthful energy. As the petal dipped, seemingly out of reach, they stopped. Instead of chasing it, they stood perfectly still, closed their eyes, and simply inhaled. The petal fluttered once, then came to rest gently on the tip of their nose. A slow, wide grin was their only celebration.
