Ryuka

Ryuka ran a gloved thumb over a crystal shard, watching their masked reflection warp in the sunset glow. They and their sibling, Kaijirou, once read the future in these stones together, their angelic forms a symbol of the Highlands’ purity. But Ryuka grew impatient with prophecy and sought immediate power, trading Kaijirou’s patrol route to dark mages for a forbidden incantation. The spell worked, but the cost was Kaijirou's honor, fractured in an ambush. Ryuka has worn this mask ever since, unable to face the light they betrayed. They now haunt the outskirts of The Crystal Highlands of Armaria, using their unholy knowledge to dismantle the very network that corrupted them, a silent warden seeking to mend a crack in their own soul.
