Kozakura

Kozakura was the most disciplined student in The Dojo, yet they were never allowed to spar. Their master, Takara, believed that true strength was control, not combat—a lesson learned the hard way, etched into the scars across Kozakura’s face. Every evening, while others practiced their katas, Kozakura sat by the frozen lake, arranging stones into impossible towers. Their intense gaze never wavered, even as the cold wind bit at their midnight cloak. A younger student once asked Takara why their senior never fought. The master simply pointed to the perfectly balanced pebbles. “Their focus is a sharper weapon than any blade,” Takara said softly. “But it cuts both ways.”
