Moroha

The elegant panda fan Moroha carries was originally a menu for a noodle stall. They picked it up by mistake while searching for a strawberry milk vendor in The Great Panda City. While trying to ask for directions, a sudden gust of wind caught the fan, sending a loose leaf fluttering into the eye of a pickpocket just as they reached for a council member’s coin purse. The thief stumbled backward into a bamboo scaffold, which collapsed and comically trapped them. The council, witnessing the event, saw not an accident but a sign: a humble warrior using the city’s own symbols to protect its people. They declared Moroha a guardian, whose innocent gaze was surely a blessing from Himawari. Moroha got free strawberry milk for life, so they have never bothered to correct them.
