Ryuusuke

Ryuusuke is the most respected authority figure in the lower districts of Waterfall City. This is a complete accident. They arrived years ago, a cheerful traveler with a penchant for silly hats and no ambition beyond finding the best noodle stall. But their calm demeanor and distinguished goatee were mistaken for wisdom. A fisher asked for advice on a trade dispute, and Ryuusuke, too polite to refuse, offered a simple solution that somehow worked. Word spread. These days, they spend more time looking at maps than their own reflection, a gleeful panic in their eyes as another citizen approaches for counsel.
