Tagitsu

The Pilot of the Archives, the wizards of The Crystal Highlands of Armaria call them, though Tagitsu has never flown. They arrived with nothing but a worn helmet, a mask, and a profound distrust for anything that couldn't be solved with rope and leverage. While their rival, Tsunatoshi, weaves complex spells to levitate ancient tomes, Tagitsu simply climbs the shelves, moving with a silent economy that unnerves the local mages. The two constantly clash. Tsunatoshi sees a brutish relic; Tagitsu sees an over-thinker who would drown in a puddle while calculating the perfect water-walking spell. Last week, Tsunatoshi spent days preparing a ritual to bypass a magical lock. Tagitsu just jammed it with a sliver of rock. It wasn't magic, but it worked.
