Chimper #3
Koorihime tapped a perfectly polished acorn against the stall counter. "We are not trading a month's supply of berry jam for a poem about squirrels. It's bad for business." Their partner, a gentle artisan named Fumi, just shrugged, humming the very tune the customer offered. Koorihime arrived in The Heart of the Forest with a scar on their face, an ancient sabre on their back, and a mind built for profit margins. They found Fumi giving away exquisitely carved wooden birds. A partnership was formed out of sheer exasperation. These days, Fumi provides the art and the soul; Koorihime provides the business plan and the stern negotiations. Though their methods clash daily, their little stall thrives, a strange fusion of cold commerce and forest warmth.
