Jujihiko

The Stillwater Scholar of The Heart of the Forest knows that not all demons are slain with a sword. When Zenchi came to them, tormented by the blood-lust humming from their own purified blade, Jujihiko didn’t offer ancient rites or powerful spells. They simply offered a seat by the river and a fishing rod. For hours they sit, Jujihiko’s calm presence a silent anchor against the storm raging within Zenchi. Sometimes they share a choc stick, the simple sweetness a grounding force. In these quiet moments, the demon’s whispers fade, replaced by the gentle lapping of water. The war inside Zenchi isn't won, but alongside Jujihiko, they find the strength to endure another day.
