Chimper #3817
Hayuna keeps to the high passes of The Crystal Highlands of Armaria. The old geomancers will tell you they were once a promising apprentice, always asking about monoliths that could amplify trust. They left on a journey with another, the one they called Uragirimono, and returned alone, face hidden behind that painted wood. A trader down in the lower fortress claims Hayuna never barters, just pays with raw crystals for what they need. They say that apple stick they carry is from a gentler land, a relic of a time before they learned how sharp betrayal could be. The mask isn't for channeling ancestors, not really. It's to hide the fact they're still searching for an answer they were never meant to find.
