Chimper #4074
Every morning, before the fishing boats even cast off from the lower docks, Kiori lights the lantern on their head. The flame comes not from a match but a focused spark from their fingertipโa small, controlled ember that hums with warmth. Their sibling, Kyounosuke, always has tea ready, and they sit on their balcony overlooking the great cascade, the waterโs roar a constant companion. Some days they speak of training schedules; other days, they just watch the city below slowly stir to life. Kioriโs fire is known for its scorching power in the sparring plazas, but here, itโs just light. It is the soft glow by which Kyounosuke points out a new vessel, a shared peace against the cool morning mist.
