Chimper #4467
Ichisaburou was destined for great things, mostly by their own declaration. The legend began when a single leaf landed squarely on their head, an event they immediately interpreted as a divine anointing. Calling themself the 'Fallen Leaf of the Current,' they journeyed to Waterfall City to perform a feat of legendary stealth: liberating the great fish statue from a messy birdโs nest. Their infiltration involved tripping over fishing nets, alerting every dozing frog in the lower districts, and ended with them tangled in their own rope, dangling from the statueโs fin. Their dramatic ordeal was resolved by Homika, a local fisher who sighed, put down their rod, and calmly cut them loose. Ichisaburou now tells everyone Homika was their prophesied guide, sent to aid in a sacred trial.
