Chimper #5484
When the amber leaves began their annual turn, Imahiko was found trying to teach a stream how to brew tea properly, convinced it was being stubborn. A few years later, they became locally famous for navigating the wildest parts of The Heart of the Forest by the taste of the soil. Their maps were just a series of food-stains on birch bark, yet somehow they always led home. Mokuzai never officially sanctioned their travels, but they would often find a perfectly ripe sun-fruit left on their windowsill the morning of a long journey. These days, Imahiko’s return is an event celebrated with a feast, as they unpack not treasures, but rare spices, forgotten recipes, and a bottomless appetite for another bowl of ramen.
