Nikita

Every morning, Nikita rehearses their solemn, life-altering question in the mist. They journeyed to The Heart of the Forest for a single purpose: to seek profound guidance from the spirit Aki. Their first attempt, however, ended when they tripped over a log, sending their meticulously written scroll flying directly into a communal stew pot. The locals declared it a bold new recipe. On their second attempt, while practicing a mysterious bow, they slipped on a fallen plum and accidentally invented a dance that is now performed at every village festival. By the time Nikita finally stood before Aki, the forest spirit was already smiling, having heard all about the new entertainer. Nikita forgot every one of their deep questions and just asked if Aki had any more of that plum stew.
