Hoyura the Typhoon is the greatest paradox in The Great Panda City. They train under the watchful eyes of the Panda Council, a seemingly joyful disciple in a baggy sweater who wields a fine Sakura Katana. But within them is a power that is wild and ancient, a force veteran guardians compare in hushed tones to the raw energy of the fallen warlord Oda. This power awakens not with intent, but like a sudden change in weather—overwhelming and utterly devastating. The name wasn't earned in a glorious battle; it was whispered in fear after a training spar shattered an entire bamboo grove. During these surges, Hoyura’s eyes shine with a gleeful light, yet their mouth is often frozen in shock, as if two beings inhabit one body. No one knows the origin of this internal storm, only that they are trying to teach a force of nature how to be still.
