Once, they were just another cat working the fishing boats, swindled by a captain who left them with nothing. That day, seeking shelter, they found a hidden tunnel built by the Mystic Cats. It was there they first met Maneki-neko, who taught them that information was a current more powerful than the falls. Moya learned to listen to the city's whispers. The official’s disappearance isn't a mystery to them; it's an entry marked paid in full.
