Mineba

Most come to the highlands of humming, colourful monoliths seeking arcane power; Mineba came because they heard the sunsets were spectacular. Their plan to be a mysterious, wandering warrior was immediately complicated by Kessho, a rock enthusiast they met on day one who insisted on joining their quest. Kessho’s quest, however, was to lick every interesting mineral in the territory. The legendary barbarian Yaban-hito once charged Mineba, a storm of pure rage. Mineba prepared for a death-or-glory duel, sakura petals swirling around them. The fight lasted six seconds, ending when Kessho sprinted between them screaming, “Don’t scuff the feldspar!” Yaban-hito just stopped, utterly baffled, and walked away. Mineba still wears the war paint, but the intense look is mostly from trying to keep Kessho from chipping their teeth on quartz.
