Shaarii

Shaarii is the most determined warrior in the highlands. Local mages whisper about their solitary vigils, their unwavering stance beside pools that shimmer at the base of prismatic monoliths. They see the ninja mask and visor and assume Shaarii is scanning the horizon for arcane threats, guarding the fortress of midnight rock from unseen enemies. They are mistaken. Shaarii is fishing. The visor cuts the glare from the spinning crystals above, and the mask hides the focused pout of a truly dedicated angler. The legendary 'Sun-Scale Carp' of the highlands are notoriously difficult to catch, requiring stealth, patience, and a lightning-fast strike. The wizards see a guardian. All Shaarii sees is the twitch of their line.
