Rinona

Rinona was just a merchant of forgotten things. During a trade in The Teikodian Empire, a palace enforcer cornered them in a gilded alleyway. As the enforcer reached for their throat, the air dropped twenty degrees and a blade of pure frost materialized in Rinona's hand. This was the lesson Sensei taught them after they were found half-dead and shivering with a power they couldn't control. They'd stumbled upon one of Isha's underground labs and were left as a convenient test subject. But instead of dying, they evolved. The skull protector they wear is a piece of the automaton that failed to terminate them. They still wear a shocked expression, but it's no longer out of innocence; it's the constant awe of the cold, lethal power they now command.
