Chimper #1282
The fishers down by the sprawling huts of Waterfall City will tell you Sahohime keeps the prize bait on their head as a sacred offering, a secret to their legendary good fortune. The truth is, they tripped. One morning, while carrying a fresh bucket of wriggling worms up the rock stairs, a loud croak from a passing frog-trader made them jump. The bucket flew, and a single, plump worm landed perfectly on their head. Before they could flick it off, a famously stubborn merchant, who hadn't bought anything in weeks, laughed and offered to buy their entire stock for a premium. Sahohime, too amused to correct them, kept the worm there for the rest of the day. The next morning, they put another one on their head for luck. And the sales just kept coming.
