Nodahiko

Nodahiko was once one half of a whole. They and their sibling, Oohiko, mapped the bamboo-lined streets of The Great Panda City, their laughter echoing against the cold mountain winds that locals ignored. But a sudden, violent squall on the city’s high peaks tore them apart. Nodahiko awoke with a fresh scar across their face and a silence where Oohiko's voice used to be. For weeks, they were hollow. Then, by a riverbank lined with cherry blossoms, they found a lost duckling. They named it Mr. Quack. This small creature did not fill the void Oohiko left, but it built something new beside it. The duck's strange wisdom guides their travels now, a quiet compass in a world that feels too wide. The search for their sibling never ends, but the journey is no longer made alone.
