Chimper #4339
Fujina was a terrible thief. Not for lack of skill, but for a bafflingly specific choice of targets. They once spent an entire week planning the perfect heist of a single, garishly jeweled fish statue from the grand plaza in Waterfall City. It was during this very act, while admiring their prize, that the proclaimed messiah Kaunto-juba descended to address the masses. A stray bolt of cosmic energy, meant to silence a dissenter, shot from their hand. Startled, Fujina tripped over a loose stone, flinging the crystal fish directly into the path of the blast. It exploded in a harmless shower of diamond dust. The city hailed them as a hero, a calm protector who bravely countered a tyrant. Fujina, too embarrassed to admit the truth, just grinned.
